                             These rates below do not apply for our corporate accounts.   • RATES DO NOT INCLUDE 3.05 PERCENT MANDATORY NYS WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION TAX AND NY STATE AND CITY TAX ON ALL RIDES BEGINNING AND ENDING IN NEW YORK STATE, NYC CONGESTION FEE,FUEL SURCHARGE, VOUCHER FEE, TOLLS AND ANY PARKING OR TELEPHONE CHARGES.

ON ALL SPECIATY VEHICLES THERE IS  2 HOUR MINIMUM AND A 20 PERCENT  GRATUITY ADDED.

 

 

  1. WE ALLOW 15 MINUTES FREE WAITING TIME ON ALL DOMESTIC FLIGHTS.

  2. WE ALLOW 30 MINUTES WAITING TIME ON ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS.

  3. ON ALL SPECIALTY VEHICLES THERE IS A 6 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. (LIMOUSINES, VANS AND SUV'S)

  4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNWAY DELAYS AND LAST MINUTE DIVERSIONS. WE CHECK ALL FLIGHTS A NUMBER OF TIMES IN A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO INSURE AS MUCH ACCURACY AS WE CAN HAVE. IF YOU ARE DELAYED ON THE RUNWAY, DIVERTED AT THE LAST MINUTE WE MUST CHARGE FOR THE RIDE.  I REALIZE MANY OF YOU THINK THIS IS UNFAIR BUT WE SEND THE DRIVER WHEN WE KNOW THE PLANE IS IN THE AIR AND DEPEND ON THE ACCURACY OF THE AIRLINES FLIGHT INFORMATION AND OTHER SERVICES THAT PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION.

  5. ALSO ON ALL AIRPORT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE  PICK-UPS IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE DRIVER CALL THE 800 NUMBER NOT YOUR SECRETARY OR ASSISTANT. THIS WILL ONLY MAKE IT LONGER FOR YOU TO HOOK UP WITH OUR DRIVER.. OUR DRIVERS CARRY THEIR RADIOS ON THEM AND IT TAKES 2 OR 3 SECONDS FOR US TO GET YOU TOGETHER. IF YOU DO NOT CALL THERE WILL BE A NO SHOW CHARGE.

  6. ALL OTHER WAITING TIME IS CHARGED AT OUR PUBLISHED RATES.

 

  • Tolls, parking fees, other requested expenses and telephone charges are not included.

  • Telephone charges are $2.00 per minute.

  • Limo, Suv's and Van rates do not include 20% gratuity.
    All Limo, Suv and Van rates are two hours minimum in the five boros.

  • Limo and van rates for out of town are minimum of 3 hours or more depending on distance. 

  • On all meet and greet (inside) pick ups at all airports an additional charge of $10.00 applies.

  • We strongly encourage all clients to take advantage of the an outside pick-up option.

  • Upon arrival ,for your convenience, use our toll free number which is 1-800-805-9251. Our dispatcher will provide you with the car information and the designated pick up location. Our driver will meet you within minutes from the time you call.
